Strategic Communication

CESVI

For the Libya peace dialogue outreach, in 2024-2025 we developed a comprehensive communications strategy tailored to support youth-led reconciliation forums across Libya. Beginning with careful stakeholder mapping to understand key audiences, our approach prioritised navigating reputational risks in this sensitive environment. We crafted conflict-sensitive messaging delivered through bilingual Arabic/English communication materials, including animated explainer videos designed specifically to engage and inform diverse audiences.

Brussels International

In 2024–25, we launched Ceramics of Peace, a cultural heritage communications project in Jerusalem funded by Brussels International. This initiative paired emerging ceramic artists from Jerusalem’s Armenian Quarter with Belgian experts in social media marketing, highlighting everyday life in conflict-affected communities through conflict-sensitive storytelling. Our role included developing a comprehensive communication strategy, establishing media partnerships, and coaching young "art-ambassadors" on narrative management and effective engagement across social platforms.

WOAH

In 2024, we evaluated and redeveloped a global communications strategy for the World Organisation for Animal Health, a leading multilateral organisation. Our comprehensive audit informed a strategic overhaul that included detailed stakeholder mapping, KPI alignment, and refined message architecture. By introducing a dashboard-based system to track impact, we provided a clear, evidence-driven blueprint for enhancing engagement among technical policy audiences around the world.
